What I like best about Tiffeny’s workouts is that she’s very thorough on form and she works with where you are in the process mentally and what level you’re at, but also makes sure that you have challenge. I feel that in the last seven weeks I can definitely see changes in my body and my strength as well as endurance. As my body changes, I understand the need for this to be consistent and I have seen a couple pounds of weight loss, which is great. I love the meal plans because it gives me an opportunity to work with some different ideas. I feel that I’m an accomplished Cook and for me it’s nice to have fresh ideas for more variety. So the meal plans to me are super beneficial whether you are someone who needs recipes or somebody who has recipes and it just gives you the opportunity to switch things up. ~ Therese M
I met Tiffeny at a local chamber event and we immediately hit it off. I was telling her about my struggles with finding the right food to eat and that I was bored with my workouts. We met over coffee and talked more about what I was looking for. She put together an amazing meal plan for me, detailing what to purchase and suggestions on how to cook the meals. I started working out with her two days a week and she did an excellent job listening to my goals and helping me with my weaknesses. She put together varied workouts so that I can work all muscle groups on some days and specific muscle groups on other days. It doesn't matter if you are 15 or 75, Tiffeny knows how to train all shapes, sizes and ages. If you are looking for someone to help you get in shape or need someone to "tell" you what to eat everyday, please give Tiffeny a call. It will be the best thing you do for yourself. ~ Brittany C
Started with Tiffeny as I wanted to start working out, and it has given me so much more. Meal Plans have taught me to eat better, not only with the recipes but overall. Tiffeny understand the needs to be flexible and walks you through how to incorporate that in your lifestyle. Workout are challenging. Tiffeny pushes you to be better with different exercises and increased weights. She also changes it up so you don’t get bored. She will let you know how the exercises are using your muscles so you work hard to get the benefit. As a person who has never worked out, the thought of going to a gym was intimidating. I found Tiffeny and thought her program sounded perfect for me. Her program is challenging, but not overwhelming and she is very positive and encouraging. She meets me where I am as far as my abilities, but will push me as well. The meal plan is a great addition to the exercise program and has helped me to think about food beyond just calorie counting. I signed up for Tiffeny's 6-week class, and in just three weeks, I've already noticed a significant improvement in my strength. I enjoy the group work out sessions. They are motivating and challenging. Tiffeny mixes up the work out targeting all areas.
